No. The entire process can be completed remotely – including inspections, due diligence, legal coordination, and acquisition.

Who owns the assets?

You. All assets are acquired directly by the client and held in the client’s own name.

Are you a fund or advisor?

No. THEASSETMAN is not a fund, asset manager, or financial advisor.

Where are assets located?

Across multiple jurisdictions and continents, depending on the asset and opportunity.

Who receives the rental income generated by the assets?

All rental income is paid directly to the asset owner (you).
THEASSETMAN does not receive, hold, pool, or control client funds at any time.

Do you provide access to rare or hard-to-find assets?

Yes. In certain cases, clients may gain access to scarce, historically significant, or limited-availability assets that are not broadly available through public markets.

Where are the metals stored?

Storage is fully chosen by the client.
Depending on the asset and jurisdiction, metals can be:
- Stored with independent professional vaulting providers
- Stored in third-party facilities in selected jurisdictions
- Delivered directly to the client, including delivery to the client’s home, where applicable
